Yes! Your dedicated assistant will be your main point of contact on a regular basis. Treat your VAY's as your regular employee and train them on how you want things done. Our VAY's are thoroughly trained on most of their jobs that we receive from our clients, however, client needs vary as well as their requirements. We recommend getting to know your VA and explain what you need and expect in order to provide the best services. 

We have 3 available shifts: PH Time-zone: 9am - 6pm / 6pm - 2am / 2am - 11am.

Flexible time shifts are available upon a signed agreement between client and the hired VA. 

We are based out of Washington State in the Pacific Northwest and offer services in both the USA and Canada. 

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your service at any time before your next billing cycle. Just send us an email at [email protected] and we will reach out to assist you. 

Once an agreement has been reached on the services you are wanting to contract, we will start the interview selection for your VA. You will have an opportunity to interview those individuals as well and determine who will provide the best fit for your needs. Once a contract is signed, any initial fees/payments have been processed and the VA selected, you will be able to start utilizing your new Assistant. 

You can always reach our Team Leader and discuss any concerns that you might have if you are not satisfied with the current VAY. We can assign you a new VAY if needed.  

We will provide you with their email IDs and they are available in WhatsApp, Skype, Slack, Viber, Zoom ect. The point of contact depends on the client's request and convenience.
